terms & conditions

  1. Additional works, amendments and variations from the original specification which do not form part of the contract are subject to a separate quotation and payment.
  2. Estimates and quotations are subject to fluctuations in material costs. In general Estimates will hold for 2 months after which they will need to be reviewed.
  3. Woodsmiths will endeavour to comply with any time schedule requested by the client. Installation dates and times will be dependent on the site readiness and progress of other trades.
  4. Woodsmiths cannot be held responsible for delays to our works caused by the site conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
  5. Woodsmiths will protect our products on site. However damage by other trades due to any accident or removal of protection will be chargeable.
  6. Title of the goods provided by Woodsmiths does not pass to the client until the full price of the contract has been paid.
